Accessing your account

When a user is added to a plan in Nialli™ Visual Planner, they will receive an email inviting them to join the plan. Clicking on the link will direct them to a page to set up an account or log in if they already have an account. 

Create a user account 

Step 1: To access Nialli™ Visual Planner 

Go to https://software.nialli.com in your browser (Chrome™ recommended). 

Step 2: Sign up 

1. Click Sign up on the home page.
2. You’ll be prompted to create an account using your email address and a password. 

Step 3: Create your account 

1. Enter your email address and click Continue.
2. Create a password following the password rules provided.
3. Click Continue to proceed. 

Step 4: Select second authenticator method

 
Choose one of the following: 

• SMS
• Google Authenticator or similar
• Notification via Auth0 Guardian app

For SMS:

• Enter your phone number
  
• Click Continue - a code will be sent to the number via SMS.
• Enter the 6-digit code
• Click Continue

Step 5: Nialli Visual Planner Terms of Service is displayed

1. Agree to the Terms of Use
2. Agree to the use of cookies for authentication
3. Click Continue

You are now logged into the software page, where your subscriptions and plans are displayed. 

Step 6: Access your plans 

Once logged in: 

• Any plans you’ve been invited to will be shown.
• If you encounter any issues, contact Nialli Support[link to contact support page] for help.
